About Qii Creative
Qii Creative is a data-led digital agency headquartered in Darwin, Australia, with its full operations team based in Bangladesh. We help brands across Australia and beyond grow through measurable business results.
Our services cover web design and development, custom software, AI development—including chatbots, automation, and AI search optimisation—video content creation, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, graphic design, and Amazon store management. We work with e-commerce and retail brands, real estate businesses, startups, and local service providers.
We are a lean, independent agency. Senior specialists work directly on client accounts, and our Bangladesh team works hands-on with Australian clients, real budgets, and real targets from day one.
About the Role
You will plan and manage social media content for Australian and international clients across retail, real estate, startups, and local services.
You will translate client goals into content strategies, brief our design and video teams, oversee publishing, and use performance insights to improve future content. This role combines strategic thinking with strong coordination and quality control.
What You Will Do
- Gather client requirements and review brand guidelines, existing content, audiences, business goals, and source material.
- Audit clients’ social channels and competitors to identify content gaps, positioning opportunities, and a measurable starting point.
- Build 90-day content strategies with defined audiences, goals, content pillars, calls to action, and performance measures.
- Translate approved strategies into monthly content calendars with themes, formats, and realistic publishing schedules.
- Define each post’s goal, audience, angle, creative direction, and call to action so designers and editors understand exactly what to produce.
- Identify opportunities to repurpose client videos, shoots, case studies, and reviews, specifying the relevant clips or timestamps.
- Write briefs for individual campaigns and requests, including deliverables, references, timelines, and approval requirements.
- Set and track production timelines with our copy, design, and video teams, managing feedback, revisions, and approvals.
- Identify delivery risks early, including missing inputs, delayed approvals, and competing priorities, and recommend practical solutions.
- Review teammates’ strategies, calendars, and briefs, providing specific, constructive feedback.
- Schedule and publish approved content, checking assets, captions, links, accounts, and timing.
- Report on performance at agreed intervals, explain results and the limitations of the data, and recommend next steps.
- Collaborate with the paid media team so organic content and advertising support each other.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, content strategy, or a similar role, planning and delivering client work.
- A portfolio featuring content strategies, calendars, creative briefs, or performance reports you have contributed to.
- A strong understanding of audience research, brand positioning, content pillars, buying journeys, and calls to action.
- Experience planning content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Excellent written and spoken English, including the ability to clarify client requests, communicate directly with clients, and turn requirements into actionable instructions.
- Confidence interpreting social media metrics and connecting them to business goals.
- Strong research, fact-checking, and review skills.
- Experience managing multiple clients, deadlines, and approval cycles.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, particularly Sheets, alongside social scheduling and analytics tools.
- The ability to use AI tools critically for research and planning while taking responsibility for the accuracy of the finished work.
- An understanding of Australian audiences and culture is an advantage.
