About Qii Creative

Qii Creative is a data-led digital agency headquartered in Darwin, Australia, with its full operations team based in Bangladesh. We help brands across Australia and beyond grow through measurable business results.

Our services cover web design and development, custom software, AI development—including chatbots, automation, and AI search optimisation—video content creation, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, graphic design, and Amazon store management. We work with e-commerce and retail brands, real estate businesses, startups, and local service providers.

We are a lean, independent agency. Senior specialists work directly on client accounts, and our Bangladesh team works hands-on with Australian clients, real budgets, and real targets from day one.

Why Join Us

  • Work on live Australian and international accounts across a range of industries.
  • Learn through hands-on mentoring from senior specialists, exposure to paid media, content, web, and AI projects, and support to earn platform certifications.
  • Take ownership of your work: your ideas get tested, and your results are visible to clients and leadership.
  • Receive an industry-standard salary with performance bonuses tied to results.

About the Role

You will own paid acquisition for our Australian and international clients, from planning and launch through daily optimisation and reporting.

Our clients measure success through leads and sales. Your work will be assessed on cost per lead, lead quality, and return on ad spend. You will have the freedom to test ideas, adjust budgets, and recommend where clients should invest next.

What You Will Do

  • Plan, build, launch, optimise, and scale campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn for lead generation, e-commerce, and local service clients.
  • Own channel strategy and budget allocation for your accounts, shifting spend according to performance and each client’s business goals.
  • Monitor accounts daily and identify issues such as rejected ads, delivery drops, and rising costs before they affect results.
  • Run structured A/B tests across audiences, bidding, placements, messaging, landing pages, and creative.
  • Write clear creative briefs for our design and video teams, with performance-based feedback on what to produce next.
  • Report on cost per lead, lead quality, conversion rate, ROAS, and cost efficiency in language clients can understand.
  • Set up and maintain tracking, including Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, and GA4.
  • Use AI tools to support planning, copy variations, analysis, and reporting while remaining accountable for accuracy.
  • Stay current with platform changes, including Meta’s Advantage+ and Andromeda updates, and recommend relevant opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally in an agency or working with B2B, e-commerce, or local service businesses.
  • Proven results with Meta Ads and Google Ads. Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or Amazon Ads is a strong advantage.
  • A solid understanding of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4, and attribution.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and adjust strategy confidently.
  • Experience managing client budgets and optimising for qualified leads and ROI.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken English for direct communication with Australian clients.
  • Fluency with AI tools and agents to improve efficiency and the quality of your work.
  • A proactive approach to testing, learning, and improving results.
